I am able to get some of the families to show on my screen when I hit the file on the screen, but other files have no reaction.
Any reason why only a few of the files in the family explorer open?

if you could be more specific about which ones are not showing up, that would help greatly. I tried a couple and they all seemed to work fine.
thanks,
