I am working on a project that has had rooms switching around in several different places throughout the design process. I have deleted rooms that are no longer existing and this has worked. However, I cannot seem to add another room with area tag to my plan unless it was existing from the beginning of the project. I really need to tag the new rooms in order to finish the documents. Please help if you know anything!! Thank you!

Not sure what you are doing wrong but I assure you it is you and not Revit. Do you have rooms on? Do you have room tags on? Are you in a floor level view?
