I was wondering if there is a way to change the sky in a rendering. I know revit uses the presets that come with it, but how do you go about changing or adding to these? Any help would be great.

Export the render in PNG file, then create a drafting view and import the render (PNG) and the sky you want.....

thanks erland73, that was perfect. It's similar to taking the rendering into photoshop, but much easier and quicker.

I'm still wondering how you can change the sky that is being used in the rendering processes. If you look at "Autodesk Revit Architecture 2010\Data\Rendering\assetlibrary_base.fbm\Environments\SunAndSky" you'll see the sky images that are being used. What is the method for changing or adding to these.

I would like to reiterate bazar's question. I noticed the same thing; that there are other sky images in the asset library. However whenever I render (I usually try to choose Sky: Few Clouds), the background is so dull! How do I get it to not be so boring? Attached is an example of what I mean. The sky is just so dull and lifeless. Help!

Same question here... I've noticed this library as well and couldn't figure out how to use those sky samples.
