Hey Peeps, I'm trying to put together some 2D 3D families, but my masking regions to hide floor below either sits in the foreground above the linework so you cannot make out the family or its sits behind, but then you see the floor finish through the family? Thanks,

I have found that there is an important order of things. Place your masking region before you place your symbollic linework. Most times, haveing the masking region at the floor level should hide floor patterns but I have seen where this doesn't always work with duplicated plans. Did you try placing this at a higher reference plane?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. Yeah I tried offsetting the line work 30-50mm above the floor plain but it didn't make a difference. You thinking I should offset allot more?
