I have seen wonderful hardwood floor patterns utilized by members in the image gallery, yet I cannot find any realistic wood grains or hardwood floor patterns within my accurender materials list.

You will need to create a material.
Best bet is to start at: www.accustudio.com and download their material library. They also have many material textures you can incorporate into a Revit material.
There are also a ton of other sites on the web. A google search of the web and a search of this site should yield more results.
