By City´s requirements, some sheets in my project must be printed in RED. (PDFs as well) How can I set this without overriding everything? Anyone? Thanks

Question is not clear - do you mean the entire sheet is printed red? That is what you seem to be asking?

Yes, that,s right. Some sheets must be submitted entirely in red, as if printed with red ink. (Titleblock, model, annotations, labels, everything in those sheets...). Some others sheets within the same project are to be printed in black, as usual. But red and black sheets are sharing some annotations and families. Is there a way out? Or should I create separate models? I hope it´s clear now, Thanks for your answer.

No problem. Print it to a PDF and convert the entire sheet to red in adobe.
