Can anyone tell me if there is a way to copy and paste fields/cells with in a Revit schedule? If I have the same data for multiple row it is very difficult to type or use the drop down for each one. Thanks - Mark

Revit's schedules are very powerful. Find a common sort field that will get you multiple items in one rown (turn off show every instance) then fill those in all at one time. I have multiple copies of room and door schedules that I freely change so that I manipulate what they show without messing up my sheet placed schedule.

Thanks, but I think that is more than I want to do. I am looking to just copy and paste information into multiple cells at once just like in excel.

Wow! Sweet tip. Old thread, but to answer Mark's question for others, uncheck Sorting/Grouping Tab > Itemize every instance.

Not sure if this will help but using Ctrl c to copy and Ctrl v to paste worked for me so I could paste info into a Schedule "spreadsheet" from Chrome.
