Is there an easy way to do a corner mullion piece for a store front? I will upload a picture of what I am trying to accomplish.

Oh, and it also has to render correctly, so hiding lines won't work for this problem....

You can do one of two options, create appropriate profiles for the corners (you will need a left and right) and load those profiles or don't place a mullion in the CW and instead do an in-plcae family extrusion.
