I wonder why REvit MEP does not used to Design Sanitary Pipes (main pipe) I am talking designing of the diameter

altough we can do that manually but for the benefit of the user diameter of sanitary main pipe should also be design

but still it is good to have revit mep

Tricky question. I would check the 'Mechanical Settings'.
