Hi All,
I am attempting to import a dwg as a nested component to a profile family. I can import the dwg no problem. I can also set the visibility level for this detail. However, when I load the updated profile into my project the nested detail is not visible.
1. I have overwritten the exisiting file with the new one in my roject.
2. I have set the visibilty of the project to match the visibility setting of the detail component.
3. I have not exploded the dwg within the profile family.
What else is there to consider?
cadjockey.
PS: Mr Spot. I have sorted the fascia type selection challenge. Works a treat. I am now attempting to add detail to this profile sweep. Having problems though.

The imported dwg needs to be made into a detail component before hand, then loaded into the profile...
