I am trying to create a custom radius duct elbow where one end connects to a 160" x 36" duct and the other end connects to a 160" x 28" duct. (See attached section view)

Can anyone help me with this??

Use the 'sweep blend' tool to model the duct elbow instead of just 'sweep'. Profile 1 is 160 x 28 Profile 2 is 160 x 36. Use the middle center of the arc as the 'Path'. Then add your 'connectors'. You can also nest 'Profile families' to optain the option to change the two different openings via 'types'.
