Hi, Every time I try to open a completed project that was created in Revit Arch 2008 in Revit Arch 2009 I get a "Unrecoverable error" message at the 75% stage, and the program crashes. I have tried to "import/link" it into a 2009 file, to "Audit" while opening and still no go. A much earlier copy of the file have "upgraded" fine. I no longer have access to the 2008 version as I only had it at college and have now graduated, so I cant do any "cleaning up" in 2008. Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

It sounds like you don't have enough memory to upgrade this project. How large is the project? Does it have links in it? What are the specs of the system you are on... especially memory?

Hi, Core 2 duo 1.86GHz, 4 G ram, Project size 30.8MB, no links. Have just downloaded the web update 3 service pack and will try again agter installing it Thanks
