I am using a student version of 2010 and every print has these 6" black bars at all the edges. How do I remove this???

It seems that is because of your Revit version (student).......one way to fix it could be if you print your file in .pdf format and cut the bars in a photo editor i.e. Photoshop....

Hi Guys, i have just installed a new student version of Revit 2011 and mine is printing 4 black bars around the perimeter of the page too. Is this something that can be turned off?

The bars are a way that Revit marks this free version so that it is not used professionally. Don't worry, your professors will understand.
