Is there a way to copy/monitor structural beams? I'm currently monitoring the grids and columns, but I really want to do this for the beams too. I'm the architect. The structural consultant has his own Revit file that is linked in. But the problem with letting him "own" the beams exclusively (with the beams not physically modeled in my file, and his file simply linked in to mine) is that I can't bump up a beam by half an inch, or change the slope on a joist, etc., without the seemingly clunky process of calling him up, describing which beam I want to change, having him make the change when he gets around to it, resending me the file, reloading, etc., etc. I'd rather make the change myself to the beam and have a coordination review report available to track all the changes automatically. I'm using RA09. Thanks.
