I have floor plans that I need to break up into separate areas, so I'm using callouts.

Three of my floors will have the same area configuration, so I created callouts on one of them, copied, and pasted (aligned)-->Current View (while in the floor above).  The paste worked, but the warning bubble popped up and said, "Elements have been deleted".

None of the copied callouts are on the floor plan above.  I would like to PASTE ALIGNED-->SELECT LEVELS BY NAME, but the floor plan I want to paste to doesn't show up on the list.

Any ideas?

Thanks
