Hey all Im trying to create a family which has a split face that I would like to add visibility options too, does anybody know if this is possible? Thanks in advance Revit 2009

I don't believe you can split any face in a family. You can create different solids or voids that have visiblity options.

Thats weird? I have been splitting faces in family editor? the idea of voids and solids is perfect. Thanks - Hamish
