Anyone have any good suggestions for adding a nice burninshed cmu finish to a model?

lol omg, i just fell over. Anyway, I would use a burnished cmu image for the coloring and then tile it similar to brick in photoshop. then duplicate a brick texture and then change the images. and then make it glossy.
