I have several beams that aren't appearing as a dashed line in plan view (see attatched). All the beam elevations are the same as well. When I delete the non-dashed beams and redraw them, they still appear as a solid line. Or if I copy a beam that is dashed to the non-dashed location, it changes linetype and appears solid. Any suggestions?

Need more information but I would check to see what Revit is setting the beams structural usage to, but again, need more info. Are there openings, plan regions, view depth setting w/ beyond override?

The vertical beams are set to girder, and the horizontal beams are set to joist. There is a shaft opening but the extents of the opening do not extend past the walls. The View Depth is the same throughout the floor and no plan regions have been set up.

I currently have the beams -100 from T.O.S., but when I change the problems beams to -99.99 from T.O.S., the problem beams appear as a dashed line. There is only 1 slab in that area.

It looks like the problem is with beams which are joining to the wall. May I know what type of beam you are using(Concrete, Steel, wood, etc.) and how you managed the line type(VG, Object Styles or in family).

They type of material I am using is 'Concrete - Cast-in-Place Concrete'. That is typical for all the concrete in this project. All of our linetypes are managed in object styles.

There is a beam at the bottom left of the previously attached file that appears as a solid line, and it attaches to a column, not a wall.
