Has anyone had any luck or know of companies that can convert Revit to Bentley BIM for submittals to the government?

We do a lot for the COE but it varies from division to division. Some are really strict on the electronic submission and some aren't.

I would check the RFP and see what they are looking for and see if the will accept dwg files. Most are willing to compromise.

For the ones that don't we export to ACAD then have a routine to convert it from there to dgn.

Be careful if they require dgn as the dgn export has a tendency of making tags and what not export as just generic text and lines when they might be looking for cells. If this is the case, we usually correct them in the dgn files.
