Hi,

The project I am working on is set up with a T.O.S. floor level 4" below an F.F.E. level. all interior partitions sit on the T.O.S. floor level. All doors are 4" above at the F.F.E. level. What happens in plan is that I see the wall at the sill / threshold of the door. Short of using the invisibility line tool for every floor plan view for every door to hide this segment, is there another option? I turned off all of the model items in the visibility graphics dialog with no success.

I have attached an image for clarification.

Thanks,

Chris

So, I find that if I join the geometry of the access flooring to the wall, the line I don't want to see goes away. The lines I want to get rid of  are the top of the wall's opening. I don't want to see it. Does anyone know a way to globally merge walls to floors? I am using RArch. 2009

What does TOS have to do with this?  I mean...you can have two levels,  TOS & a fin floor.  All walls / doors etc are on the fin floor and your view goes to that floor not TOS.

Perhaps I need to clarify further. My view is based on the F.F.E. level where the access flooring finish floor is set. My walls extend down to T.O.S. Take a look at the image attached here.

I understood everst.  What I was saying is that if your view is set to the floor level, the lines at the doors will not be there.  Your view depth must be set to below the floor ... like the TOS...reset your view depth to the fin floor level and the lines will be gone.
