I have placed cased openings in my project. The casing is defined to be 2 1/4" wide and 5/8" thick and it is shown correctly on the preview, but on the model elevations the casing is missing. Has anyone run into this problem before? I have opened the cased opening but do not see any probems with it. All line types are turned on. I am stumped.

'Just found the probem. The visibilty settings on the elevation and section was set to course and the casing required the setting set to medium.

nice work, that would have been my guess. You can change your visibility settings in the family editor if youd like to show the casing in course detail.
