I am having trouble exporting elevations from Revit to Autocad. When I export elevations similar elements (columns,walls,doors.etc.) have the same lineweights, which should not be the case because I want the elements closest to me to be more prominent while the distant objects a bit lighter or grayed out. Is there a workaround to this? Can I somehow import the ctb file I use in my autocad program to Revit so that when I export from Revit the elevations will reflect the lineweights accordingly? Thank you very much for any help on this matter.

Revit's export to CAD is based on export options that are set in a file. When you export, click on options and you will be able to reset these.
