Hey all

I was wondering if anyone knows how to add an entire set of shared parameters to a family file. I am making heaps of items all with

similar or the same parameters. at the moment I can manually add each parameter from a shared file but this is tedious and time

consuming. anyone have any clues?

If the objects your building are the same Family type you could create a new Family Template with the parameters built in.

That is what I am doing from now on but unfortunately I have about 40 existing files that also need the parameters added.
