How can I draw a simple U-shaped, 4-runs as a single stair? I create the stair by picking the 4 runs (in plan view, the 3rd run is the same as the 1st, the 2nd is the same as the 4th). It looks wrong in 3D with a bunch of missing stringers. If I draw the same stair but the runs not overlapping eachother then it's OK. How do I go about to do it?Thanks.

check out the stair next to the one you drew.  let me know if you have more questions. the basic idea is that you can't draw stair sketch lines over each other (at least without a lot of workaround type stuff and problems)  so divide up the sketches is one way to do it.

Thanks a lot. I'll go with your suggestion and create 2 separate stairs.
