As I understand, Revit 2009 and 2010 employs Mental Ray for rendering. So as it renders, it will display a small box that randomly moves around (named as bucket). I undesrtand that the numbers of buckets actually reflects how many processors is used in rendering. So does it means that if I use a Quad Core computer to render in Revit 2009 or 2010 I should see 4 buckets running around the screen while rendering? Why my computer only shows 1 bucket while rendering? Is there any setting for it?
