although I'm pretty sure this isn't possible, I've been wishing lately that there were a way to freely rotate a view around a set point within a building interior, so i can get a feeling for the space and inspect the roof and ceiling more dynamically than placing individual 3d cameras...? This seems like a logical feature, which I would have posted in "wish lists" if I were more sure of my Revit skill, so if there IS a way to do this which I'm simply unaware of, I'd love to know. thanks.

Which Revit are you in - you don't say. Turn on your navigation wheel in 2009-2010. Previous, I believe it's F4.

2009; the navigation wheel, you say. Thanks. I disabled it early on for being annoying, and forgot about it.
