When i select anything from a floor or a  grid line or a door or column it is moving itself i dont know what i have checked that would cause this or why it is all of the sudden acting crazy. Basicly i messed up the whole project so i def have to start over. The problem is when i created a new drawing i drew a couple wall just to see and it is still doing it

I am using Revit Structure 2010 and my file is to big to attach i think

Without some examples - we may not be able to help but there are some possible problems.

 

Look on your options bar.  Is press and drag on?  Turn that off until you understand the problems it can give you.

Watch out for crossing and even window selections.  What you see is not necessarily what you picked ....  This is a 3D world and you need to keep track of your view depths.  There is something else on the otherside of that wall or floor when you pick with windows.  This is why it is very important to always look in your filter (funnel) oin the options bar to see what you have picked.

 

Finally, if you have items that have been placed with "moves with nearby elements" checked, then the item will move.  Locked dimensions and alignments will also result in other items moving.

thats great i dont know how it got check but it fixed the problem
