I'M LOOKING TO CREAT A WALL THAT HAS 1200 HIGH BRICKWORK AND TIMBER ON TOP. CAN ANYONE HELP ME ON HOW TO DO THIS??

If you have Revit 7 you can create a stacked wall - the option will be there in the default template.
Assign your wall type to lower section, define a top constraint of 1200 for it, and the top section will constrain itself the same as any basic wall.
I don't think this option is available in earlier versions though.
