I added a new section, "Section 2"Crying3/A101) in "Section 1"Crying2/A101).I added 1 callout in "Section 2"Crying3/A101) and another callout referencing the previous one.(Refer Page 1 in the attachment). Then I split the "Section 2" in "Section 1" using "Split Segment" on the Options Bar.My Callouts are missing the "Section 2".(Refer Page 2 in the attachment). In the callout properties I selected 'None' option for 'Parent View' under 'Extents category'.The original callout is back but visible in Floor Plan 'Level 1', I can switch it off in Plan view. The referenced callout is still missing.(Refer Page 3 in the attachment)Any ideas!!! Thanks in Advance...

Annotations sometimes get lost when you split sections because the are in the never/never land in the hidden area.  Before you split, move dimension text up or down so you know it will be out of the lost area.  Do the same with any text items.  After you split, you can move these back into a better position.  You can have leaders from notes cross the split by keeping them both on one side and then moving the text afterwards.

Sometimes you may have to slam the section back together to find something lost in order to move it out of the split.
