i can't have renders under zero level....THANKS FOR HELP

Looks like you've got an automatic ground plane set too high in your rendering settings.
Go to your rendering settings-->environment-->ground plane and adjust its level as necessary.

There are two places where ground planes can be set, one is by distance from x-y axis, one is by level (ie if you have a level at 0). Check out my previous post.
