Im trying to create a curtain wall system that has a double curvature to it, ive done this succesfully using a family component that applys itself to my conceptual form i created, but infortuantely the join conditions of each family panel does not work and i was wondering what i need to do to resolve this. any suggestions. attached are images of my conceptual form and the area of connection between the components.

the reason for the join conditions being important is for stereolythgraphy. 

any suggestions would be much appreciated.
