If I want to limit a value for paramter (for example L<3000,L>1600) so that If some one entered 4000 or 1000 for the parameter do not accept it? howww????

You could include a multiple IF statement that basically said what you've outlined below. Check out the revit help as it has a reasonably good explanation on the syntax of multiple IF statements. Let us know if you need more guidance.

you said that I can make mutiple iF statment ,I know how to make an embeded if statement but I dont know how to make multiple if statement (I read the whole help) if you gave me an example that would be very helpful.

Same thing, i just called it multiple instead of embedded... So it would be something like: IF (L>3000, 3000, IF(L<1600, 1600, Enter formula to define L here)) Please note L must be defined by a formula, no matter how simple in order to work. HTH.
