Hello all,

 I'm having some font trouble.  Our normal production process is to bind down our drawings into dwf. files and send those to our reprographics company to print.  Our general notes are typed in Arial Narrow and they look fine in the dwf., however, when they come back from reprographics the text has changed to Arial.  When I asked about it they said that an error message popped up that the text was not embedded in the file.  Does anyone know how to embed the text?

I dont think that type of option is possible with a dwf. You can just send the ttf file to the printer, and let him install it. if they are not willing to do that, then use a differnt print house?

thanks for the advice.  It turns out there is the option to embed text in the DWF. writer that can be downloaded from autodesk.  Unfortunately the dwfs that I get from it are corrupt...nothing's ever easy...

 We finally decided to just use Arial text with a .85 width factor so everything fits....
