I have created the roof in the sketch below- As shown it is 4 pieces, the geometry have not been joined. When I try to edit the pitches on these roofs I get an error. Roof can not be made or something similar. What gives? I am trying to vary the pitch front-back & side-side, but am not sure why that would make a difference.

I usally get those errors when it cannot make the condition for the soffit/fascia or at the bearing plate. If you used pick walls for your roofs, try it without picking the walls, just draw the lines. You get very differnt results depending on how you create the roof.
