I would like to find out if there is any way to make my own decals. I need to make a sign for a building, but all I have is a sketch of the sign. Is there some way to make an image to put on it??

Create your decal anywhere you can create a jpeg image.  But why a decal if you are creating it?  Why not just create it in REVIT?  Decal's are used when you need to import an image - like a photo.
