I am having troubles masking this panel out in side / front & back views, because the panel has an adjustable angle control on it and also a radius control. I'm kinda stumped as to how to go around setting something up that would mask it out correctly in the side/front & back views if you are able to adjust the angles/radius control.

Sorry but your question is unclear. When we hear masking, we think 2D. A masking region is 2D and view specific - should not be a problem. So please clarify.
