BE AWARE! Before replacing your kenoting file, you should know that it is no longer a simple replacement procedure. The new keynoting file for 2010 has a new path "ribbon" instead of "menu" and will need to be edited before being replaced. Otherwise you will have no keyboard commands at all.

My keynoting function in Revit 2010 is not working properly after I modified the keynote file. I added some catagories into "RevitKeynotes_Imperial_2004.txt" file, save as another file "Imperial_2004-1.txt" and put it in the same folder. I tried to delete the 2004.txt but failed, then I associated my project with 2004-1.txt. When I chose "keynote number - boxed - small" option, it showed text instead of box and number; even after I associated back to the original file 2004.txt and deleted the new file 2004-1.txt I created, it is still the same. Do you have any idea how to fix it?
