i have made custom curtain wall mullions to match a manufacturer's profile which is curved.  the problem is that the horizontal mullion (curved in section) meets the vertical mullion (same curve in section), but the horizontal is trimmed off square.  is there a way for the end of the horizontal to be curved to match the profile of the vertical?

it seems that i should be able to:

1.  add a formula somehow to add length to the mullion so it intersects the vertical

2.  modify the profile family so that it trims the mullion at a specified point instead of the outtermost extents (it assums the mullions are rectangular)

3.  make a rectangular mullion, but also add a profile sweep or mass to the mullion to achieve the curved profile as part of the mullion family.
