I'm trying to align the center of the glass with the center of the mullions.  I know it's possible, but i can't find it in the Element Properties.

Tab until you can select the glass panel, unpin the panel, then go into element properties of the glass panel, there will be an offset dimension in the type properties, adjust the dimension to work with your mullion size.
