How do you move the entire project according to plan coordinates. I have tried to relocate the project with the Relocate tool but can´t make it work.

Hope you can help

Did you read your HELP ? Relocating a Project by Entering Points

There are other topics in the HELP that are applicable - use "coordinates" as your help search.
