im trying to put the builders i work for logos into my cover sheet (with a family type parameter to swap them) title block so i created a generic annotation symbol family and imported the jpeg file which i loaded into my cover sheet - all looks good on the cover sheet but when i loaded into my project the jpeg (or family) is not visible...

an i using the wrong family type or jepgs not allowed once loaded into projects?
