Hi Revit Forum,

First time thread starter here. I was just hoping that someone could tell me if it's possible to change the revision date on a sheet and not have it change in all revisions? Eg. I’ve done a set of drawings which is revision A. Then I have remembered I forgot to incude a sheet, so I do it and then I want to issue it the next day but the keep it as the same revision just have a different date. So I want to Issue A set of revision A drawings but have 5 sheets as issued on the 16/04/09 and 1 sheet on the 17/04/09.

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks Revit Forum.

Sorry but the revison Number and date are associated and you can't have multiple revisions with the same number.

If you use numbering by sheet rather than numbering by project (upper right in the Sheet Issue/Revisions dialog), AND assuming there are no other revisions on any of the sheets, you can apply rev A Yesterday to sheets 1-10 and rev B Today to sheet 11, and both will be numbered as rev 1 in the revision schedule on their respective sheets. (Not sure if it's any different in 2009- we're using 2011-2013).
