Does anyone have an issues with the family types dialog? I've begun noticing issues where I'm not able to add new family types or edit parameters through the family types menu and edit them. When I click on OK or Apply the button depresses but doesn't exit the menu or accept the changes, the only option I have is to cancel. This problem is happening more and more frequently with families as simple as static furniture to complex doors and windows. Attached is one family that is exhibiting these issues.

Nope, no problems here, perhaps try reinstalling Revit?

Autodesk replied back with it being a known issue. Apparently, when you edit the assembly code from a non-standard/default, this problem occurs.
