I Keep getting extra files for example.... I save my project as "House" and eventually i will get House.0001, House.0002, House.0003 its annoying to me.... please fill me in on how to turn this option off!!!

Those are your backup files. You can change the number of backup files to 1 if you save as, options.

Yeah, those are backup files from your project, some day you gonna need them....
