I am working in Revit Structures 2009 and ahve just figured out how to render.. however I have now a problem that a wall that should be brick and a floor that should be grass is just black, i have changed the properties to what they should be and they display in teh rendering tab as I want them, however when I press render it doesnt work... Any ideas????

I have attached the file so people can play around, and hopefully help me! it is the 3d view I want rendering.

Cheers

Allan

Your model renders fine here.  Under settings / options / renderings, is the Render Appearance library path set?

hhhmmmm yes i think so, its set to the assetlibrary_base.fbx is this correct? and the extra render paths are set for more materials, it can see them rigth up until its renders then it doesnt recognise them...
