I came accross this picture today. It's from a project we did last fall. Does anyone know what specifically is happening here? It's not that hard to figure out. Just a cool pic you won't see too often.

Looks like a telescopic crane, with a jib, lowering a section of insulated pipe down a chase.?.

The answer is:

Cylinder for four story hydraulic elevator. Take a second look at the picture. The higher roof is the elevator shaft.
