I created a title block. I've divided the layout space w/ vertical and horizontal lines (actually tick marks) into equal sections and numbered each block with text to designate what number each detail will be if it resides in a certain block location. Now I want to make these tick marks and text (that are just information for the drafter/designer setting up the sheet) to be visible by the user but wont plot. Right now i'm using invisible lines for the tick marks. What happens is, when I reload the title block into my drawing, the ticks are not visible. If you click on the title block or hover over the ticks they will display but they are not constantly on. Would like to have them constantly visible but just not plottable. The text, I have no idea on how to do this. Same thing though, I would like these visible but not plottable. Thanks!

Not possible... Revit doesn't currently have a defpoints system. With the text if you have them as parameters when there is no data entered, revit will display a question mark, this will not plot... That's about as far as it goes with non plotting text. Wishlist item..

Thanks for clarifiying that. Does Revit have a wishlist that the public can add to? If so how can I view it? Thanks Mr. Spot

The most complete wishlist directory is on the augi forums, these allow you to have polls so autodesk can see what the overall need for the wish is. www.augi.com You'll need to sign up in order to use the forums. HTH.
