Hi,

I created a keynote tag which could either display the keynote # or the text description. When using the description, my leader goes crooked as soon as I have an even number of lines in the description (it gets centered in between the lines of text). Is there a way to lock the leader to start on the top row of text? The way it's working now just looks dumb... (see attached).

Thanks!

are you using the keynote tag that came with revit? or is it something that you created?  Try using the one i attached to see if it acts the same way.

I made it a while back, but I believe I took the default Revit keynote tag and modified it. Your tag does work the way it should, so I think I'll modify that one to fit out standards.

Is there any way to get the leader to start at the top or bottom row?

Thanks for sharing and thanks for your help!

I just did a quick test on the one i sent you and it seems that if you move the text orientation from Top, Bottom, or middle within the family it causes the leader for the keynote to come in bent. Might be something that can be fixed with in the family.

I'll be trying this out tonight.

If I've sparked your curiosity, I've attached my tag. Feel free to give it a whirl.
