Good luck ... you can try here: http://seek.autodesk.com/ But more than likely, you will have to build a lot of what you need ... or settle on something close found here on RC

I work in high-end, custom homes as well. I have created a bunch of Trustile doors and uploaded them here on RevitCity. But it does seem like much of the residential details have to be made ourselves. That's how you get good at family creation, through needing something bad enough to figure it out yourself. Finding the time to do it is another matter.  Good luck.
