Is it possible to make Structural Beam snap on the Exterior Core face of a wall, instead of snap on the center line of a wall? or any possible way I can make the end of Structural Beam set on the Exterior Core face of a wall? Beacause I am drawing a timber framing plan, and the ends of timber joist should set on the exterior core face of its bearing wall in timber construction.

Hi Yes this is possible, but it will depend on your beam family. Have a look at the attached files, not you need to adjust the start and end extensions to suit the width of your wall/beam
